I was able to delete several files in my course and then the final 2 will not delete despite going through the correct motions. Can anyone help with this please?
@JaneTRYNIW I am sorry to hear you are having issues deleting files from Canvas. You didn't mention what process you were using to delete the files, but if they are files in the Course Files, you can follow the process of deleting them described in How do I delete a file or folder as an instructor? . If the files that you are trying to delete are actually links for files in a Canvas Page or they are files embedded in a Page, then you would want to follow the process described in How do I edit and remove hyperlinks in the Rich Content Editor as an instructor? . Take note: deleting the link for a file that is on a page doesn't delete the file from the actual course files (and vise versa, deleting a file from the Course Files doesn't delete any links/references to the file in pages of the course.

Am also seeing truncated asset counts ie we are seeing only the global header counts,…
I have a new React + Flask webapp. It has its own login for users to start using the app. I have added this as an external tool in Canvas. What I want initially is to see of canvas users can start using the webapp without having to login if they click on the external tool link in a canvas course. I have 2 methods…
