I am a teacher and I am an observer for my own child. I used a different email than my school district email. When I log in, you can see I am an observer, but when I click on observing, it shows no student is being observed. How do I fix this? I submitted screen shots.

Did your son provide his pairing code? Once you have that code, you can enter it into the box in Observing, and the courses should sync. I think it's great you've separated your work from your family's use of Canvas. I think it'll make it easier to keep track of each role more easily!
