Canvas - Turnitin originality report & grades

Hi,

Please help. I have an assignment set up using the Turnitin LTI 1.3 assessment external tool.

All appears to be set up correctly with the 'generate similarity immediately' tool set up...however, this is not working and despite 'copy & paste' a piece of text the similarlity still shows as '0'.

Secondly, the submissions are not showing in 'grades'.

Any way to fix this?

Creating a Meeting with your Class group
