Can't get canvas to load anymore, cleared Cashes still not working

It sounds like you've already tried clearing your cache/history on your Mac using this Guide:
How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac?
Have you also tried a different browser to see if you get better results? For example, if you are using Google Chrome, try Mozilla Firefox instead (or vice vesa).
If you've also tried a different browser, you might want to reach out to Canvas Support.

We had a similar issue with our users. The solution was to make sure Chrome was up to date.
