It would be helpful if the Canvas docs simply spelled out ALL the required parameters in step 2, including examples of each required parameter. Instead of listing a few of them and then having me jump to the IMS Spec page to figure out the rest.

When I choose a quiz in a previous course and then send it to a different course, the quiz shows up in the new course, in the place I directed it to be, but there is no content. No instructions and none of the questions. These are the new style quizzes. What step am I missing?
Known issue - headings Just wanted to note that this known issue is described as 'styling', when it is actually an accessibility issue. Headings are structure on the page and essential for users who rely on screenreaders.
