Can there be a way for Admin to select who is able to edit their profile picture based on their role? I see the ability to "Enable name pronunciation" per role, but not edit profile pictures per role. The new speedgrader would be fine except that whenever I type anything in the comments/feedback box, it takes at least ten seconds for the words to show up. Then I found out that it is happening if I create Announcements, too. I will have to type into a separate document and then copy and paste to grade papers. Any ideas?
