I am a co-teacher on a lot of classes that I am not actually apart of. How do I leave the class so that these classes do not show up on my dashboard anymore?

You will need to speak with your Canvas administrator(s) at Columbus City Schools so that they can drop you from those courses. Canvas Community members do not have access to Columbus' Canvas environment or any of your courses, so we wouldn't be able to remove you from your courses. I found this link on their website:
