I am wondering what changed in Canvas that my audio course files are not downloadable when I right click the icon. Thanks for your help with this. Jen
Hi Jen,
If you're recording audio directly through Canvas using the "Media>Upload/Record Media" function in the Rich Content Editor while editing a page then these recordings will be stored within the uploaded media folder within the course.
The recordings will look like the attached screenshot below if there is no title/name given to the file.
