As a State Administrator, you have access to a reporting dashboard. At the top, you will see an overview of teacher activity. You'll see: total teachers enrolled, active teachers, those that were imported into the system and those manually approved.
The graph in the middle of the page shows the 'Past Week's Activations'.
Below that graph, you will exportable reports. There are the User Directory Reports, the Billing Reports, the Teacher Usage Reports, and the Peer Review Usage Reports.
The 'State Administrator Report' and 'District Administrator Report' will allow you to export a list of each group as well.
Teachers Report
- Academic Year: Academic school year
- District Name: Name of district
- District ID: district id number

- Teacher Effectiveness Indicator: the final output from the teacher growth portfolio process, scoring a teacher from Levels 1-5

District Administrator Report
- Firstname: district administrator's first name

- District name: name of the district the administrator represents
- Imported: 1=the administrator was imported into the system, 0=the administrator was not imported into the system
- Activated: 1=the administrator has set a password and activated their account, 0=the administrator has not set a password and activated their account
- Created_at: the date and time the user was imported into the system
- Activated_at: the date and time the user set a password and activated their account
- Deleted: 0=they have not been deleted from the system, 1=they have been deleted from the system.
