wheres my video?

Question

So, I started a video for an oral presentation, and I ended the video but then it asked me if I wanted to edit it. So, I started to do so but had to stop, but here's the thing I just closed it down without saving it. Can anyone tell me where it went because I can't find it. It said that it would auto save but where?

Hi @TreniceContrera,

My advice for you would be to contact your school/institution Canvas help team (usually in the eLearning, IT, or Digital Education departments).  I say this because the flow you mentioned (editing a video) isn't something that is generally part of Canvas.  Your school likely has a 3rd party video system integrated with Canvas, and each one of those systems works very differently.  Unfortunately, community members here have no way of knowing which system may be in use, so contacting your local support is likely to get you a more accurate answer for this question.
