Speedgrader

Question

Has anyone noticed that after working in speedgrader and you want to return to the gradebook, where you started, it now returns but not to the original gradebook tab, but to its own tab. This leaves you with two gradebook tabs open, the one you were in when you accessed speedgrader and the one that it open to work in speedgrader.

Is this something new over the last six months to a year?

I haven't taught since Fall of 2025 but it did not behave that way before, it would always close itself out and return to original gradebook tab

I don't quite remember when it updated, but for quite a while now it has behaved that way. The grades tab that opens reflects the updated scores without you having to refresh the original grades tab. I haven't graded a lot of work for a few year's now, so I hadn't really registered the change.
