Reset Multi-Factor Authentication permission visibility
Summary: The Reset Multi-Factor Authentication permission is visible and functional for admins who hold it, regardless of the selected Multi-Factor Authentication setting at the account level. Previously, when hidden, the permission also could not be used, even when MFA was required for admins.

Legacy status page subscriber list cleared.
Summary: As part of a status page upgrade, Instructure removed a legacy subscriber list that had been in place for several years. Clearing the list allows subscriptions to be rebuilt on the current system. Previous subscribers must resubscribe to continue receiving status update notifications.
