Depending on the device you have, I recommend checking the device settings and ensuring that your camera has permission to access Canvas LMS. If this is on a school issued device, I recommend reaching out to your school's IT department for assistance.
I also recommend reaching out to your teacher directly so they know you're experiencing trouble, as they may have alternate submission methods available for you if you're experiencing trouble. You posted on the public Instructure Community where most people don't have access to your institution's Canvas environment.
