Dear Canvas Team,
It's been three days since I've been unable to import an existing course content (e.g., module) from one course to another. It started ok but stopped halfway with a "failed" notification that says "There was an unexpected error, please contact support." I've reported this to you twice, and there has been no response until now.
This issue also happened in January, and it took almost a week to fix. Will you be able to fix this one immediately? Are any other teachers experiencing the same issue?
Your help is so much appreciated. Thanks.
