In Speedgrader, after clicking the point annotation feature (the little balloon), I used to write a comment and then click immediately on the selection feature (the cursor pointer) to move on through the assignment I am grading. I used to be able to move immediately and seamlessly from the completed comment to the selection feature. In the old UI, Speedgrader used to automatically save the comment. Now, unless I remember to click underneath the comment in the grey space, the comment disappears. This is beyond frustrating. I have reverted to the old Speedgrader provied in 'Options,' but I understand that it will soon be completely retired. I loved the old Speedgrader, and, at least the way I use it, I don't find the new version helps me at all, and in fact wastes valuable time. I don't understand why this function has disappeared.
