Summary:
When a user uploads a file with embedded links in a file, clicking on the links still does not open them. This is affecting previewing files in Files, embedded into the RCE and submissions in SpeedGrader as well.
Expected Behavior:
Users should have an option to open hyperlinks embedded in files.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Upload a file containing hyperlinks to Files.
- Open the file from Files and attempt to click a link.
- Observe that the link does not open.
SpeedGrader route:
- As a student submit a file containing hyperlinks to a file upload assignment.
- As a teacher view the submission in SpeedGrader.
- Observe that clicking on the hyperlinks is not functional
