We would like to know the distribution of points for an assignment for our three rubric categories. Unfortunately, I can't find as an export, only within in the speedgrader we see how the lecturer ratet per categorie. Thanks.
Hello @FSSimone - first, sorry this isn't more detailed. - I have a dozen essays to grade by Friday, so this is short and sweet.
While Canvas does not have such a feature (aggregate rubric criterion scores for a rubric within a course), we are able to make use of a browser plug in which will give us the capability to export the rubric criterion scores. I've used several different tools for this, and my university also created a custom solution using Canvas Data to extract all of this data and created an aggregation dashboard in support of academic assessment. Another one of my bright ideas. ;o)
As such a dashboard requires a fair amount of time, knowledge, and tools, the quickest way to access the data is to use a browser plugin.

This adds a button to your assignment page 'Export Grades'. The file that is downloaded contains all the rubric info.

Edit: I was just in the SpeedGrader to download files for review and noted the following - this is available with Enhanced Rubrics enabled. Unfortunately, this export doesn't tell us the full points available for the criterion.
