Is anyone else having issues accessing Intelligent Insights Ask Your Data? It seems to be down?

Yes, we are having the same issue. We've submitted a ticket but no fix yet. Some of the admins can access on certain computers or certain browsers, but not on others.
I'm experiencing the same issue. I've tried accessing "Ask Your Data" in Chrome and Firefox. I can see the Canvas interface, like side navigation bar, but the area is blank where "Ask Your Data" would normally be.
Thanks for raising this and for reaching out to our Support as well. Our engineering team has been investigating and we’ve identified the root cause, and we’re currently working on a fix. Thanks for your patience, and in the meantime I'd suggest trying in either Safari or Chrome incognito mode.
If I have made a course using an authoring tool and I have downloaded the course in SCORM 1.2 version, can I import that course into Canvas LMS?
