Delayed Reflection of submission on the teacher's end.

On April 21 and 27, 2026, the student’s submission page appeared empty on my end. Upon checking again on May 5, 2026, a submission is now visible and is dated April 21 at 9:01 AM. Canvas note: Student Viewed Document: May 4 at 10:21 PM.

How is this possible?

There is only one submission, and it requires a PDF file upload. My grading is also not anonymous.
