On April 21 and 27, 2026, the student’s submission page appeared empty on my end. Upon checking again on May 5, 2026, a submission is now visible and is dated April 21 at 9:01 AM. Canvas note: Student Viewed Document: May 4 at 10:21 PM. How is this possible? There is only one submission, and it requires a PDF file upload.…
Ask Your Data will not load on Windows devices that are school managed — it is blank — all other tools in Intelligent Insights work. We have submitted a request for help, but there is no timetable. It does load on off-network devices. Not sure if it an institution network issue or not. Very confusing!

It would be great to have the ability to delete from my chat history. For example if I make an error in my prompt and I want to remove it from the chat history. It's not a "thumbs down" feedback, just a user error that I do not want to see when I return to reference the prompt history in the future.
