Problems creating questions in New Quiz Graded Survey

When creating True or False questions in the survey, there are no answer choices showing or question points. For multiple choice questions, there is no option to select the correct answer. I have tried different browsers with the same results. Is anyone else experiencing this probem?

I have solved this problem. Evidently, the new surveys award points based on completion, not for answering questions completely. Because there are no correct or incorrect answers, you are not given a choice to assign points or indicate correct answers. Canvas could have done a much better job explaining this.
