We recently have had issues with our Microsoft OneDrive integration after trying to setup Microsoft Education. I've noticed that some classes are experiencing issues with the OneDrive embed tool from the RCE where the following message appears.
I think this is associated with courses that tried to enable the Microsoft Education LTI and trying to connect classes into Teams but I Am not sure.
Has anyone have this issue before? If so, what did you do to resolve it?
Should we be uninstalling/removing the Microsoft Education tool all together? Or could this be an internal issue with our Entra ID/Microsoft accounts mismatching users?
Any insights would be helpful.
