Thanks for this feedback. The rubric size is certainly on our radar and something we plan to address. In the mean time, have you tried the vertical/horizontal rubric views in speedgrader? You can select from the dropdown above rubrics (but you must have enhanced rubrics enabled!)
As for the rubric view in students grade page, we're working on bringing Enhanced Rubrics to this page. Comment size is something we'll keep in mind as we build this out. Thanks!
