There are some other similar threads here in the Canvas Community reporting similar behaviors in the FFT (Free For Teacher) version of Canvas. From what I've heard, Canvas Support is aware of the issue, but I am not sure of a timeline on when their software engineers will have a fix in place.

Same here - I put in a ticket and within a day received a response - they are working on it and testing. We can keep fingers crossed, but putting in a ticket can help.

Typically, even with FFT, there is a way via the course you are having issues with to report. Here is the documentation though to contact Canvas Support if it helps. :) Just create a ticket and a L1 tech should contact you and likely will ask for more info to identify the actual course shell that threw the error (from where from and to you are trying to course copy).
