Canvas Course Copy Failed

Hello!

I have been using canvas for many years and for the last few days both myself and my boss have tried to copy a canvas course but it is saying along the lines "Failed. Contact support for assistance". I cannot find a way to contact support directly.

Same here. I submitted a ticket around 2pm EST (but I can't remember where I found that option.)

Here's the response: "Thank you for contacting Canvas Support; we can confirm that imports in the Canvas.Instructure.com site are not going through."

I'm concerned that there's no estimated timeline because my semester starts next week. I'm using a free teachers account so I have no institutional support.

Noah—do you have any idea how long it will take to resolve the course copy fail problem?
My semester starts next week. I need to start soon if I am going to have to start from scratch by opening a new site for each of my 4 courses and reconstruct the content & assignments.

@AnneHird3958777 - Right now, there is not a timeline Instructure can share. Since you submitted a ticket, you'll be amongst the first to know when the issue is resolved.

Hola, vine a este espacio para repotar la misma situación. Las herramientas de importación aún no están funcionando:

Error al realizar importaciones con cursos ya existentes
Error en importar cursos desde "Paquete de exportación de cursos de Canvas"
Error en copiar contenido de un curso a otro (tareas, módulos, evaluaciones, entre otros)

Tengo la misma preocupación ya que inicio curso escolar el Lunes y no me daría tiempo de realizar todo un curso, actividad por actividad de los diferentes grupos. Ojalá pudieran apoyarnos a nuestra problemática.
