I see that every multiple choice assignment I created under the Canvas Quiz option does not open and is giving the error code that says “couldn’t find valid settings for this link”. I can’t even open the assignment under “build” to look at it or print a hard copy. On Friday 10-31-25 it went down. All of the Math test on the 7th grade hallway worked during 1st block but after that no students could access it and when they click on the assignment it takes them to the home page and gives them the error code. I worked really hard making assignments for every lesson for every chapter and now the students and I cannot access them. Other teachers on the hallway said they did not have access to their assignments either. I was hoping it would be fixed over the weekend but I just checked and I still don’t have access. Have you heard anything about this or do you know who can be contacted to fix this issue?
I see now that for the previous assignments made using Canvas Quizzes, the External Tools option under "submission type" has left out the link (https://cumberlandcanvas.quiz-lti-iad-prod.instructure.com/lti/launch) that allows the assignment to open for students and teachers. This link was automatically entered under External Tools when teachers selected to make a quiz using Canvas Quizzes. This means that unless this link can be added back to the External Tools option that no teacher or student will be able to access any previously made quiz or test. Please HELP!!!!!!! Does anyone know who is in charge for Canvas in NC?
We have the same issue and I reported 2 days ago. I did not received any update from Canvas Support yet. You can go to the beta environment of your Canvas and restore the assignments (Export from beta environment and import to Canvas Live).

I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
