I can't see the images in reports when we're reviewing questions in class.

This is usually because the file-type your instructor uploaded is not a supported file type, and they need to re-upload it.
Since you posted this on the Global Instructure Community, I recommend reaching out to your instructor directly for assistance, as most of the members here in the Community don't have access to view your course content.

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
