How do I add Panopto to Canvas? It's not in Navigation or Apps

I have used Panopto before, but it was integrated with my institutional address by my IT team.

All of the solutions here and elsewhere say that Panopto is some hidden option in Canvas LMS. It's not there. Where do I start?

 

I can use it when I log in to the school where I teach. However, I want to create my own personal product.

I created a brand new free course as an instructor.

Panopto is not showing on the left. Even the Panopto How-To video on their own website says it should be there. It's not.

As 10000 people have said, I went to Settings -> Navigation and it's not on the list.

I've also checked Apps under Navigation. It's not there.

Hi @MS38,

Panopto is a paid 3rd party integration with Canvas (and other LMSes).  You will need to purchase Panopto, and from that point they would likely give you the instructions to get Panopto integrated with your Canvas instance by an admin (assuming it's not the free-for-teacher instance run by Instructure).
