I am a student who has been trying to upload an image as an attachment for a required assignment. This image is 692 kb. Whenever I try to upload, I get the "File storage quota exceeded" error. However, upon checking my files, I found that I've only used 38 kb out of 524.3 mb (Essentially, about 0.007% of my space is being used right now). The normal solution is to clear storage, but the problem is I have no storage to clear and plenty of free space. The one file there was to delete was my profile picture, which did not change anything upon deletion. Despite having free space, I continue to get this error anyway. I've even been able to upload the image into my files itself, but for some reason not onto this discussion post. Is there any way to remedy this? Normally I would contact the college's canvas support team, but they are only available on weekdays so I'm trying to be proactive.
