To Do list and calendar empty on mobile app

The To Do list and Calendar have been empty on my mobile app as an observer since September. When I log in on the website I can see there To Do list and the Calendar. It seems to only be a problem on the app.

I contacted the school and I saw on the forum that this was a known issue for some people. I was told it was being worked on. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and I did the update. Nothing has worked. It's been a month. Can anyone help me?
