A few years ago there was a brand new re-design of the discussions page released in Canvas. Ever since this update (to my understanding), you cannot disable the "Deleted By" notifications in discussions. These notifications will appear for both students and teachers in the course when a user deletes a discussion response.

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
