We have a case in which one of our students' information was unfortunately confused. The student had previously been enrolled at the university in the on-ground format, but switched to the online format. However, she was re-enrolled as a new student, and this generated a series of complications because her information already existed and was duplicated. The fact is that she had already been in a course for more than half of an academic term with the incorrect information. The Registry Department enrolled her with her correct identity, but now, in order for it to sync with our SIS and for her grade to be transferred to her record, we are looking for ways to transfer the student's course content under her incorrect username to her correct username (the institution decided to remove the new enrollment with the wrong user account, which was actually an obvious mistake). We haven't found a viable option for transferring her assignments from one account to the other within the same course, unless it is done manually. I understand that this is an exception and not a common process, but the question is: Is there a seamless way to make this type of transfer from one student account to another?
