New Quizzes not loading only in the morning

Hi all,

We are stumped. Every day we get repots from around our county that new quizzes (and sometimes other things) are not loading. This seems only to occur in the beginning of the day. Everything on our side is working just fine as far as network bandwidth and such. Could this be related to the issue that the "east region" experienced earlier this year? We are in the IAD region.

Thanks for responding Karabo. The status board often indicates that IAD is fully operational. Considering the density of the IAD region (higher ed and public ed using Canvas), I would hope that Instructure considered that when configuring and allocating space on regional servers. I am the Canvas admin for my division and I have reported it. Clearing cache does not resolve the issue.

Allow Observers to View Instructor Comments
It would be very beneficial for observers (parents) if they could view instructor comments. If they had access to this information, they could better understand the grading of individual assignments and better understand the errors that their student made.
