Was there a change to how grades synch to SIS? I want to synch by section and not overall assignment.
You'll likely need to connect with your Institution's Canvas Admin and SIS Team to ensure that this is set-up correctly.
Items in the grade book are available for sync with [sis]. However, sections are not in the sync and individuals are not available for sync. Assignments can be synced with sections, but the grade book overall does not currently support syncing by section or by individual.
The Instructure Product Team is working on implementing a better solution to address this feedback, which would allow instructors to assign due and availability dates to multiple variations of sections and individuals, enabling differentiation within an assignment.
Currently, to sync by section, you must use the assignment-level sync functionality, not the overall gradebook sync.

Is there ANY way to automate/force Canvas to sync ungraded assignments with Veracross SIS? right now our only solution is to require teachers to enter a fake grade, sync, and then remove it. I am willing to entertain 3rd party solutions if there is one available.
Hello, Is anyone doing a grade sync from Canvas to Jenzabar? Thanks!
When a student turns in a late assignment, I need it to also show as late in Skyward. Having to go in and manually mark multiple assignments late for 130 students is tedious and time consuming. If Canvas recognizes the assignment as late, the same mark needs to be sent to Skyward when it is synced.
How do I add a student to an existing benchmark assessment tracker? The students were imported from our SIS when tracker was created and this student has recently enrolled.

I saw the full batch import script below for Powershell, but we use Linux servers. Does anyone have a version they would…
