Student and Parent signatures

Question

Hello!  I teach a shop class and want to create a "Safety Log" module where, after I demo a technique in class, students have to log in to Canvas, access their safety log, and sign off on the training.  I also want to have one Safety Pledge document that both students and parents sign.  Iʻm wondering how to have students and parents sign.
