Is New Quizzes available for Teacher Free accounts? How to activate it?

I created assignments using LTi New Quizzes (Quizzes2) for a course on Canvas Instructure. I then imported this course content into another course, but when I open these assignments in the new course, there are no questions and my students cannot open these assignments with a notice "there is a problem with this assessment. Please contact your instructor." Please help me fix this step by step.

Hi @Thang_Nguyen111,

The Canvas Free for Teacher Account Comparison | Instructure shows that New Quizzes is not officially available/supported for the free-for-teacher Canvas instances.  My initial thought is that there probably isn't much you'll be able to do to get help with this one since the feature isn't supposed to be available at all anyways.  I'll move your question over to the free-for-teacher forum just in case someone there may have specific guidance for this though.

New Quizzes is not available in Free for Teachers accounts. Here is the comparison between a paid Canvas instance and Free for Teacher.

In short, you won't be able to use those New Quizzes with Free for Teachers.
