Trying to get Canvas Teacher to load on I-Phone 11

I am trying to get Canvas Teacher to load from App store onto my I-Phone 11. All that happens is the purple wheel just goes round and round. I have tried cellular data versus my Wi-Fi. I have tried clear caches and cookies. Any help would be appreciated.
