Can't Minimize Window while Annotating in SpeedGrader

I have a faculty member who can no longer minimize or hide the grading slider window/comments window when doing handwritten annotations on her Ipad with an Apple pencil. I believe this functionality was taken away during an update last fall. Can we please re-enable the ability for faculty to minimize this window while doing annotations?
