Locating purchased course materials online

Question

I purchased an online version of my textbook for my first week in my business class, but I cannot figure out how to locate it to register and do my assignments. I have asked my professor, but I have not received a response back, and I am running out of time to turn in the assignment on time.

Sorry for the situation you're in, that sounds really frustrating.  Unfortunately, while users here in the global Instructure Community can answer a lot of questions about Canvas, we don't have access to your account/course/Canvas instance so we really can't give you a specific answer to this one.  The best person to answer would be your instructor, but I know you said you already reached out to them, so the next best place I'd recommend contacting would be your school/institution Canvas team (usually in the eLearning / IT / Digital Education areas).  That team may have access to your course and be able to provide some guidance, but they may also redirect you beck to your instructor as well since every book/course has a slightly different setup.

I hope this helps a bit, even though it's not a complete answer.

To continue with what @chriscas said, depending on how things are with your textbook and publisher materials for your class, you might want to consider reaching out to your school's bookstore.  They may also be able to help you.
