the Canvas website loads on Firefox and I can login, but then I can't access the favourite courses (they show up as grey rectangles that flicker), nor the dashboard or other tabs. (It works well on Safari)
Hi @maicf,
If Canvas is working for you on Safari, but not Firefox, it's likely to be more of a problem with your device or browser than Canvas itself. I'd first recommend making sure Firefox is updated, then if you still have the same issue, clear your Firefox browser cache. if the problem still persists at that point, you could try to contact Canvas support to see if they'd have any additional suggestions.
Hope this helps!

Among all the things that I wish Canvas had is that one! Is it something that is been worked on? We had it in Blackboard (legacy) and I sorely miss and need in Canvas (we just transitioned to it from Bb). Please add this very needed feature!
