So when ever i want to post a photo for an assignment it always shows up an error message saying ¨file extences quota¨ and i do not know how to fix it and i haven't been able to fix it at all so i don't know how to fix it. Does anybody know how too?
Hi @BrydenFrench,
That message means you have more files in your storage space than your school/institution allows. You could either go to your files area and delete some files to free up space or get in touch with your school/institution's Canvas team (usually in the eLearning / IT / Digital Education areas) to ask they they increase the limit for everyone.
I hope this info helps!
