This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment in the 7.12.0 update.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Canvas course in a Consortia with at least one student

Add files to the course and ensure that “Files” is accessible via course navigation

Save and publish the page

Log in as the student on the mobile app in the root Instance (apac-consortia)

Navigate to the course and select “Files” - see that the Files appear blank
