Canvas IPAD Display

The tool display( Dashboard Calendar To Do Notifications Inbox) on my IPAD has changed from being on the bottom of my screen to being at the top in a horizontal bubble. This change is not functional and I want to know how I can change it back to being on the bottom. I have attached pictures to showcase my complaint
