How do I set my computer keyboard to easy select my accent marks and punctuation in Spanish language from my keyboard?

There are keyboard shortcuts in Windows that do what you are trying to do but it is not easy. In most situations I am aware of, users copy and paste from a website. You can check out the links below as options.
In my opinion, the process is a lot easier on a Mac because if you press and hold-down a letter on a keyboard with foreign language alternates, the alternates are provided in a little window that appears above.

This could vary by device and operating system. What device are you using and what is it's operating system? Most of the time you should be able to Google your question with your device specific details and find how to adjust your keyboard.
