Go back to old darkmode

Is there away to go back to the old darkmode look that was the black and dark grey version? Or away to downgrade the app to an older version? I don’t understand why it was change to a blue color and it’s in my opinion not a great look. An option in settings would be great to change it back.

Fr because I tend to get headaches while looking at a bright screen for most of the school day and it'll feel better in dark mode to make it more comfortable for its daily users

I do not know what device you are using, but on my iPhone there is a fairly simple process to switch between light and dark modes.

Open the Canvas app
Tap the hamburger (three horizontal lines) at top left
Tap Settings
Tap Appearance

You should be able to switch between light and dark mode on that screen. If you are using a different device, reply and maybe someone else will have a specific answer for your device.
