Suggesting again that Global Announcements would be better if the LATEST POSTED appears on top.So much simpler to see what's new immediately. And logical to scroll back to earlier posted news. Never mind the announcement end date.

I am not sure what your role is at your institution but the order that global announcements appear in is determined the dates that are assigned to them and the newest are at the top.

If you are not a Canvas admin, maybe check with your institution's Canvas team to find out dates the global announcements have assigned to them.

Among all the things that I wish Canvas had is that one! Is it something that is been worked on? We had it in Blackboard (legacy) and I sorely miss and need in Canvas (we just transitioned to it from Bb). Please add this very needed feature!
I have Canvas set to drop the lowest quiz score, however, my students can only barely tell that the grade text is slightly grey when dropped. Can it have a tag like the "missing" and "exempt" ones in the student gradebook?
