Downloaded Zip file is not opening

Question

Hi,

I have completed my MSC ACP programme and would like to download the ePortfolio into my PC. The folder downloaded as Zip file, when I tried to open the each attachment its says 'file not found'.

Could you please look into it.

If you are using the new Canvas Student ePortfolio platform, you can download your profile in a resume format.
