Does any know how I can create a quiz with New Quizzes? I am using free teacher account and it looks like I can only create quizzes in classic.

Hi @MargRobson,
Your observation is correct as far as I know. The free-for-teacher version of Canvas does not officially include New Quizzes, as shown on the Canvas Free for Teacher Account Comparison | Instructure page. At some point in the future if Classic Quizzes is ever completely retired, I'd assume this would change, but that would be completely up to Instructure.
