Auto Submission of Quiz

This is my third time of having a difficult time on using my canvas account such as Auto submission of my quiz, popping up of html code on my screen saying " {"backup": false, "end_at": "20-11-10T20:09:24Z", "end_at_without_time_limit":"20-11-11T07:59:00Z", "time_left":93}" and etc. I'm really frustrated and I don't know what to do. It really affects my grade score.Please help me with this matter. This is urgent matter and I know someone can help me with this.

You should reach out to someone at your school for help with this. You may have thought that's what you were doing when you clicked the help button in Canvas, but this is a global community of Canvas users and not specific to your institution. We don't have access to your institution to look into things and most of us have no idea what institution you're from. That means we cannot even tell you who to contact specifically. There may be an online-learning department or a technical help desk at your school. Also be sure to let your instructor know of any problems.

The code you're giving makes me wonder if your institution has added some custom JavaScript and that's what is causing the problem. If so, then they are definitely the ones to look into it as that is something the rest of us don't have access to.

The reason I suspect there's some customization going on is that the dates you are missing two digits and are not anywhere close to the current date. In the ISO8601 format, which is the standard that Canvas uses, dates are expressed in the YYYY-MM-DD format. You posted this on 2024-06-06, but your date is 20-11-10. Even assuming that's 2024-11-10, it would be five months from now. If it was 2023-11-10, it was seven months ago and there's no reason the date would be popping up now.
