I have been trying to access the folio and have 'Houston we have a problem' appears on the page. I am unsure how to rectify the issue and guidance would be greatly appreciated.
We are having the same issue and I have not gotten any clear information via Canvas Support yet. They say that users need to go through https://portfolium.com/login now, but our users have always gone through Canvas and then SSO into Portfolium via the Portfolium integration, so this isn't really a suitable response in my mind. In the meantime, I wait for Support to give me something helpful.
We had a similar issue at about the same time. I contacted technology support, who contacted canvas support , and we were told that Portfolium could still be accessed by going into Account and selecting Folio. We were using the integrated Portfolium button in the navigation. I am now making updates to all references to clicking Portfolium in left navigation menu but at least the tool is still available.
